Harry Edward Styles (also known as Harry Styles in the music world) is a British music producer and musician and. Harry Styles was one among the founders of One Direction. Harry Styles was born in Holmes Chapel, Cheshire, England on February 1, 1994. He is the child of Des Styles and Anne Cox. Harry Styles went to the Holmes Chapel Comprehensive, and with his three classmates, formed a music group dubbed White Eskimo. In 2009 they participated in the Battle of Bands where thanks to their excellent presentations they won. Although he has always been fascinated by music, he also aspired to become an lawyer or physical therapist. As a worker in the city's bakery, Harry Styles was able to support his family. For the year 2010 Harry Styles presented audition for The X Factor where he did the track Is not She Lovely by Stevie Wonder and was selected. The reason for this is that his band broke up. Nicole Scherzinger proposed to Harry Styles to be a part of a new band called One Direction. The other members were Liam Payne Zayn Mallik Niall Horan Louis Tomlinson. Simon Cowell sponsored this five-person group and they were created in the year 2010. The group was backed by Simon Cowell. They performed Kelly Clarkson's My Life Would Suck without You along with Bonnie Tyler's Total Eclipse of the Heart. The group was among the best contenders for the competition. The group was placed in third spot behind Rebecca Ferguson and Matt Cardle, who were the winners. However, Harry Styles and his group were not crowned winners, Cowell paid a contract of 2 million pounds for One Direction to sign with the Syco Record label.
